Brown, Richardson & Rowe has designed four out of the five segments of the Mary Ellen Welch Greenway. The oldest segment of this shared use trail passes through Constitution Beach. Two separate paths go though Bremen Street Park and lead to the Logan Greenway Connector completed in 2014 and ending at the Wood Island Marsh Overlook. The Greenway travels from Boston Harbor to both the MBTA Airport and Wood Island Stations. In some areas, the pedestrian path is separated from the bicycle trail by a planted median. In others, where space is limited, bicyclists and pedestrians share the same path.
