Brown, Richardson + Rowe collaborated with Hacin on The Tremont in the Mission Hill neighborhood of Boston, MA for JSMW, LLC. The four story mixed-use building is in a low rise residential, densely urban neighborhood. BRR designed outdoor courtyard terraces for the second floor residents around a central common use courtyard. It contains ground floor retail space, a basement parking garage, and roof decks. BRR also assisted the architects in resolving a one story grade change around the building. The Tremont opened in the spring of 2016.
